"This facility is beautiful. The staff have the best customer service of any Westin property I have ever stayed. I checked in on my birthday and the staff went all out, upgrading my room for free, had cake waiting in my room, gave me a complimentary breakfast, etc. I was overwhelmed by the attention they went into to make my birthday memorable.
