Our house is located in the Beach Resort Ooghduyne, one of the most beautiful parks in the Netherlands, in a very good, quiet location (dead end). It is a generously planned and tastefully furnished, detached villa with a living space of 130 m². On the ground floor there is a large, high, light-flooded living room with dining area (39 m²) and an open kitchen. The large bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and the bathroom has a whirlpool. There is also a separate toilet accessible from the hallway. Via a staircase and an open gallery you can reach three further bedrooms (dune or Garden view) with 2x single bed, next door a shower room with toilet. The bedroom with garden view also has 2x single bed, you can push together. The 3rd bedroom is a bit small but has 2 single beds. We also like to spend our vacation in our high quality equipped house. In the house and in the 500m² large, sunny garden with its two terraces are provided with comfortable garden furniture, for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. There are two parking spaces in front of the villa.

Beach and sea:

From our house you can see the high dunes at a distance of 500 m. You can quickly get to the sea on a bike and hiking trail that leads through the flower fields. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the dunes, so you can reach the North Sea in just a few minutes by car. The beach is wide and clean. He has received the EU's 'Blue Pennant' award several times. The beautiful bike path from Den Helder to The Hague leads through the wide belt of dunes, polder landscapes and past nature reserves. In the summer months you can swim and swim excellently in the North Sea.

Information about the villa park:
In addition to the 9-hole golf course and the family golf course, which all guests can use, the park has a large subtropical swimming pool (swimming pyramid) with whirlpool, jet stream, children's paddling pool and a 55m long slide, sauna and sunbed. You will also find a restaurant, the reception, an indoor playground and a bowling alley in the pyramid. In the park you can use a tennis court, children's playgrounds and a mini golf course. You can easily explore the interesting surroundings with rental bicycles and rental canoes, which are available at the reception. You can reach the golf course and swimming pool from our house in a few minutes.

Shopping and eating:

In Julianadorp you have good shopping opportunities. The old village center can be reached by car or bike in a few minutes. There are many shops grouped around the market square or in the surrounding streets: bakery, bank, butcher, cheese shop, flower shops, electrical appliances, household goods, pharmacy and a doctor. The shopping arcade in Den Helder is also recommended. If you want to 'shop' properly, however, you have to go to Alkmaar or Amsterdam, cities that you can easily reach by car or train. If you like to eat, you will find a rich gastronomic selection. Everything is available, from Chinese, Italian to typical Dutch cuisine. The park also has a snack bar, café-restaurant Sandz, a well-kept restaurant "Juliana's", an interesting Asian restaurant in front of the dunes and a rustic beach pavilion by the sea.
