"Fist we were not given access to house until 5:30 when we had a 4pm check in time. And had also requested early check in weeks before. When arrived cleaning person still there - however, this property was old and filthy. The furniture , couches stained and gross. Hair, dirt, food under cushions. used qtips and toothpicks on floor, couches and tables. Bathrooms falling apart - towel rack repeatedly fell off the wall. Kitchen table chipped and rotting. Kitchen dirty- refrigerator not working...
