The living area and both bedrooms have flat screen televisions, and the well-stocked kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. This villa is complete with top-of-the-line linens and plush furnishings. Lots of thought has been put into making this a comfortable and inviting place to vacation!

The unique design of this villa makes it a great option for a family with multiple kids or couples wishing to travel together but still have their privacy. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom, with the stacked washer and dryer units in the hallway leading to main living space. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds, an attached bathroom, and its own private balcony offering great views of the natural surroundings on the resort. This villa can comfortably accommodate six people.

With this rental, guests can enjoy both Courtside Villas' complex pools, the resort's private beach access points, walking and biking trails, the spa, shops, and many dining options. Golf is available at many courses on the island, including Oak Marsh on the resort itself. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available nearby - please inquire for additional information.

It does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities" (Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service) and Racquet Park is exclusively open to club members and their guests.
