"As Novotel's go, this one is a great example. Rooms are modern and comfortable, good enough breakfast and staff friendly. Only bad thing (not affecting me), was a colleague who accidentally booked his room twice, was refused a refund - despite calling minutes later."

"Great hotel just a few minutes walk from the Hannover train station. Excellent staff. Large room. Comfortable bed, but miserable pillows. Close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shopping.
