"Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. "

"Lovely upside down house. 2 big comfortable bedrooms, one with en suite (walk in shower). Large family bathroom, shower over bath. Great upstairs area with open plan kitchen, dining area with balcony and sea view. Andy the host was great, regular contact before with instructions for parking etc and also recommending cafes and restaurants. Great transport links with train and bus into Brighton too. Would definitely stay again!abalcony "
