"I felt it was a bait and switch from the room sold and the room we were given. After explaining to the staff that we paid for the family connecting room and not a standard room. They moved my family across the hall to a room the was marginally larger and moved a extra beds in. Instead of two rooms with three beds. We got one room with one bed and a mattress on the floor. No refund for the price difference was offered. Their language skills were poor."
