"Amazing room, great size, breakfast choice and food quality was good. Spa facilities justified the price. The spa was amazing with loads of small pools and 3 different sauna level and a steam room. It was out anniversary and they left 2 macaroons with a plate saying happy anniversary and a card which was a nice touch! "

"Fabulous location for Sheffield Christmas market, shops and theatres. Exquisite building and decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was so spacious, modern and had everything we might need - including fridge, kettle, ironing board, an huge bed and a wonderful shower. The breakfast was the best I’ve had for choice in a hotel (as a vegan) Would recommend the hotel to anyone and would definitely look to return. "

"The property was nice inside but the room we had was in the old part wasn’t very clean a lot of dust furniture tatty curtains hanging off the rail water stains on ceiling paint all flaking on the walls in the window and a lot of cold coming from the windows really bad stains on the mattress but the towels and bedding was very clean left the portable heater on all nite to keep the room warm"
