The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue area, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

Hévíz, 160 m a.s.l. The holiday apartment is located on a 720 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Exotic plants. Access is via a side road (paved, length 30 m). Parking (for 2 cars) in garage, carport, and on the property. Parking in a closed courtyard.
