"We stay at this property whenever we go to Red Deer usually a couple of times a year. Our choice is not about the casino as we don't use those facilities at all. We love that you can check in and don't have to leave the hotel until you check out if you dont want to. The restaurants and lounge all have terrific food so finding a restaurant isn't an issue. The rooms are spotless ,bedding and beds so comfortable . We love this hotel- all the amenities, and staff that is efficient and helpful."

"The front desk staff were accommodating and very polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. Love the upgrades, i worked there many years ago as "Will Inns" So it was great to see the makeover! "
