"Surpassed my expectations. Stayed at the Maxx for a mini conference and was significantly impressed. My room was on the top 4th floor which provided a great view of the rooftops on Potsdam. Everyone and everything with the Maxx went well: clean room and hotel. Attentive staff. The best location in terms of Sanssouci Park, area restaurants, and easy accessible to the tram or buses. "

"We checked in late in the evening, but the staff sent us the door code for the front door and the room and from that perspective check-in was very easy. The hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was just a five minute tram ride from the train station and a five minute walk to the tram. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops."

"Zimmer und Bad waren zu klein, es gab keine Ablage für Koffer. Bei 2 Personen wird das noch enger. Leider stand in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht das der Saunabereich nur Fr.-So. geöffnet ist und er zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Es gab 3 unterschiedliche Kissen gerade zum fernsehen sehr bequem. Der Fußboden und der Flur knarrte. Und man konnte die Nachbarzimmmer hören."

The spa was superb - one of the best I've stayed in. The food and breakfast was superb. Room was nice and clean. I was able to charge my car, for a price. OK, there were several things I had to pay for on top, but this didn't spoil my stay. Note to Hotel Manager - your front desk team were efficient, but a few smiles (not as extreme...
