"Great hotel - my suite was a bit difficult to find and the staff were very wedded to the script they used on the front desk. But these are quibbles - I had a good stay and if you are catching a show at the Phil this is a great place to stay."

"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"Very comfortable bed and pillows and general ambiance in room/hotel. Just a short stay to allow me to rest before picking up grandson from the airport in the early hours. Third stay here and the place is getting better each time, it won’t be the last visit."
