Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."

Et à notre arrivée : la réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n’y a plus de place et que nous devons trouver une place dans la rue, stationnement payant à 8 euros la journée, samedi et dimanche compris !!! "The Golden Tulip Hotel in Varna truly exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely amazing and incredibly spacious. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything felt. The breakfast was very good and provided a great start to the day. The receptionist and the security officer were both extremely kind. They helped me with every request and made me feel very welcome. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. I genuinely felt valued as a guest. This hotel deserves a full five star rating. I would happily stay here again."
