It is a chlorine pool and its dimensions are of 20 x 6 m and a depth of 1.2 to 1.7 m. Moreover, there is also a paddling pool whose dimensions are 6 x 4 m and a depth of 0.6 m. The interior of this eighth floor apartment with elevator gets, with its wooden flooring and its modern furnishing, a welcoming atmosphere for our guests to feel like if they were at home. The living-dining room is ideal to have lunch or dinner all together and then chat, while watching the TV. The kitchen is an independent room and it is equipped with induction cooktop, oven and other utensils, and it is where you can find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. This house also has two bathrooms with shower and three dormitories, all of them equipped with a wardrobe. One of them has a double bed, the second one has two individual beds and the last one just an individual bed and a bunk bed that, at the same time, it is a truckle bed, which is why this dormitory has a capacity for up 4 people. A cot and a high chair can also be provided. Regarding to the acclimatization, there is a ducted air-conditioner all over the house, as well as two radiators at your disposal. In addition, there is also a promenade plenty of bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours that invite you to go in or take an ice-cream and go for a walk.
