Unit Layout

You will be staying in a spacious 7-room villa that spans across 4 levels and offers a total area of 450 square meters. The villa boasts a bright and airy living/dining room equipped with satellite TV, a hi-fi system, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. From the living area, you can step out onto the terrace, pergola, and swimming pool. Adjacent to the living room is a separate dining room with a dining table, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also providing access to the terrace.

The open kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen opens up to the terrace, loggia, and swimming pool. There is also a separate WC on this level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find another room with a separate WC.

The upper floor houses 2 rooms, each with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Additionally, there are 2 more rooms, each with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), a bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. There is also a small room with a single bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) on this level. On the second upper floor, you'll find an open living room with access to the terrace and loggia.
