The guy at check in, name started with D (Demetre?) was super helpful and so was the manager on duty (sorry cannot remember the name). The breakfast buffet was great. Patrick was really helpful preparing for the checkout process and such too. Wish our stay was under better circumstances.. the staff were super accommodating. "
