"The apartment is on a great street in El Carmen, the old beautiful part of the city. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a very musty, mildewy smell. You can also smell the sewage smell from the sewer outside the window. No A/C which was ok with the fans but the scent of water infiltration or mold in the air made me uncomfortable during my stay. There is some noise from the street since lots of delivery trucks park right outside the door and the windows don’t have any glass or screens...
