"This was a phenomenal vacation, thanks to Patrick--and his wonderful family. Patrick was so kind and generous with his time. He sincerely wanted us to have the best trip--and we did. The house is like a castle--with an unbelievable view of the volcano--the breakfasts were delicious buffets with so many options. Patrick gave us ideas of what to do and booked the excursions for us, making everything so easy. We'd go back to Red Sunset of Guanacaste in a second and will recommend to anyone planning a vacation in Arenal."

"Very cute and quiet location. The walk to their entry to Rio Celeste was quick and the hike in super fun, especially the Tarzan swing and the swim in the beautiful blue river. You definitely need a car to get around the area, not much in the way of public transportation. Meals were great and staff was very friendly. Room was perfectly fine. "

"Joel at the front desk was very friendly and amazing. Although we stayed only for one night, the hospitality we received was great. The breakfast was served on the table with plenty of items. Joel offered plenty of advice for visiting the national park, the general safety tips, etc. The views were breathtaking, wish we stayed longer. "

"The property is so quaint and so cute! It is close to restaurants, fruit, market, Rio, Celeste, and other coffee tours and sloth tours. Beautiful space, host responds quickly and the bathroom is stunning. Great choice!"
