The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. Everything we needed throughout our stay they had provided for us and we had zero complications whatsoever. I didn't need to contact them at all during our stay, but I had a few questions ahead of time and they would respond quickly and were extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Perfect place for a little weekend getaway for 2-4 people!"

"Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, room was very clean. I wipe everything down when I get there and I got nothing but clean. Nothing showing on my Lysol wipes after wiping. Location to Brewer stadium and The Forum was about and 15 - 20 min commute but worth it due to location of this hotel in Brookfield. Felt safe all the time. Breakfast was good. Everything was warm and not overcooked. Cheese omelets and sausages was the hot portion. Had all the continental options as well. Definitely will stay there again!! Pool and hot tub looked nice but didn’t get to enjoy them. No time. "
