"On check in was created by Louis and he was so helpful and couldn’t do enough especially as we had arrived ahead of check in time. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel reception and foyer area at Christmas was lovely and very inviting. The breakfast was ok, food could be a little better. Overall though an excellent stay and will always try and book this hotel for my annual Christmas weekend away with friends. "

"We were given a sea view upgrade into an amazing room. The staff were all so friendly and lovely. Very nice breakfast with sea views. Would stay again."
