"Staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice. In house restaurant was fantastic. Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant. "

"The staff are definitely the standout for us, nothing was too much for them as they ensured we had the best stay possible. We stayed there as part of our wedding anniversary trip and they went out of their way to make it such a memorable and special celebration. A shout out to Phong/Gucci, Sammy and Antony who went the extra mile to look after me and my husband. The room and excursions are great as well and the food was delicious. My husband is not great with seafood and they made sure to cater for it. Can't fault the whole experience."

"Pleasant stay. This hotel has one of the best view in Ha Long Bay. We planned to stay 2 nights, but we extended and stayed 6 nights. Very friendly and helpful staffs. They helped us like their own family and friends. Thank you! "
