"Mein Sohn und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe.Was daran jetzt Deluxe war,weiß ich ehrlich gesagt nicht.Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich,wir hatten auch einen großen Fernseher an der Wand und eine Regendusche aber außgerechnet an der großen Fensterfront war der Griff abgebrochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen.Dementsprechend dreckig war es auch.Der versprochene Blick aufs Meer war ein seitlicher Blick auf den Wreechener See nicht auf die Ostsee. "Schönes sauberes Zimmer, schön ruhig. Leider konnte ich am Anreisetag nicht regulär ins Hotel einchecken. Komplette Sperrung, da ein Stadtlauf war. Es wurden wohl allen Bescheid gesagt, mir leider nicht. Kam auch keine Entschuldigung, nur ....sie wurden wohl übersehen. Ich konnte auch kein Essen nachbuchen. Geht in diesen Hotel wohl nur, wenn man es gleich mitbucht. Sollte dazu einen Hinweis auf der Homepage geben, dann kann man selbst entscheiden . Insgesamt aber alles super, sehr nettes...

"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"Gsnz bezauberndes Hotel ,mit viel Liebe zum Detail.Wir hatten ein wunderschönes geräumiges Familienzimmer( zwei Zimmer). Wir haben wunderbar in den bequemen Betten geschlafen. Gut solides Frühstück in schönem Restaurant.Toller Spielplatz,Inselrodrodelbahn und Rugand Turm innerhalb 10- 15 min Fussläufig zu erreichen. Super bequeme Fahrt mit dem Bus -Haltestelle direckt vorm Hotel- zum "Störti" und zurück .Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. "

"I payed for the room in advance, but i was charged again upon leave. It was recognized in the last minute and promised to refund me in a week. Parking at the hotel costs extra, so we parked at the station instead. Breakfast can be approached either before 9 or after, but not at any time. If we wanted a dinner, we had to report in in the morning. Strange and somewhat funny rituals. "
