"Good location, views, nice breakfast. Facilities all work except TV. Room was clean and everything provided. The only thing that could be improved is the decor, the bare concrete walls are severe and should be brightened up with a coat of paint."

It is rather far, and tuktuk drivers are trying to charge ridiculous rates (150,000 kip for the 7 km trip!). Make sure you call ahead and arrange pick-up to avoid difficulties when you arrive. "Hostel staff were kind enough to give me welcome drink when checking in. I could rent a bicycle for 100K/24h, so I could go to Blue Lagoon 1 and Tham Chang Cave on my own. Morning Market is held near this hostel. Breakfast was good."
