"My friend and I stayed here for two days and we were beyond disappointed. The hotel is very overpriced and the services and food provided are subpar. Food and drinks are priced quite high for the region and the quality was very unimpressive. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and there is no AC in the room! It was very hard to sleep due to the high heat and humidity in the room at night. We have stayed in 3 other mid-budget hotels this trip and all of them had in room AC units. WiFi...

"The place is what you pay for I guess. You'd think £60 would go farther in Tanzania but apparently not, Arusha is expensive. Basically, rooms are like prison cells, bathrooms terrible, and it took a few tries to find a room with working aircon. Staff were friendly enough if a little inefficient. What is with having to ask for toilet paper all the time - just have some in the room, its a basic necessity!!!"

"This hotel is new and when we arrive something a bit problem as the staff didn't have our name list for check in.But finally they can find the solution for us .The room is so huge and comfortable bed .Toilet is very cozy with good decoration and useful amenities. Food was perfect and reasonable price .Good beers and many liquor provided. They also provided the pick up and drop off .But you have to pay for it .The view is gorgeous with mount Meru infront of you and the best view of sunset ."
