Renovated 1 bedroom + cabin apartment, 29 sq-m, accessible only by stairs. 
It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, located on the 4th and last floor of a residence with elevator.
It has direct access to the slopes, the apartment is located approximately 25m from the Piste des Brigues.

It consists of a bright and pleasant main room with very high ceilings, facing East - mountain view and opening onto a beautiful balcony. 

This room forms the dining area and the open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave grill, ceramic hob (2 burners), refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and NESPRESSO.
A washing machine/dryer, a flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system complete the equipment in the room.

Beddings for 4 people maximum:
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (80cm x 200cm) which can be combined to make a double bed (160cm x 200cm)
- Mountain corner in the entrance: 1 single bed (80cm x190cm)
- Living room: 1 “rapido” convertible sofa (160cm x 200cm)
Bathroom with shower and separate WC.

Ski locker at the top of the residence accessible by elevator and close to the Brigues ski slope.
4G WiFi connection at extra cost (5GB/day).

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Bed linen and toiletries included from 01/12 to 30/04 only, otherwise at extra cost.
End of stay cleaning not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
