"When we arrived the receptionist had no way to look up our reservation. Apparently their computer system was not installed yet. She accepted the reservation that I showed her on my phone that I made through Expedia and the rate that it stated I owed. We chose to pay in cash on site upon arrival. She gave me a hand written receipt and advised me to cancel my reservation through Expedia so that my credit card was not charged. Unfortunately I couldn't do that because it was past the cancellation...
