The Space
Step inside this spacious single-level home and feel right at home. Unwind in the inviting living room by the warmth of the built-in fireplace, or gather in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an island for casual meals. The formal dining area provides another option for sharing a meal together.

When it's time to rest, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a plush king-sized bed. For additional guests, a foldable full-size mattress is available, allowing the home to comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

Your stay includes:

• High-speed fiber internet and filtered, softened water throughout the home
• A convenient laundry room, accessible for your use

Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked kitchen pantry. Entry is seamless and secure with a digital front door lock. You'll receive a unique access code for the duration of your stay.

Getting Around
Parking is simple and convenient. You are welcome to use the two-car garage and the driveway, which can accommodate two additional vehicles. Free street parking is also available if needed, though we prefer guests to use the garage and driveway.

To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

• No pets are allowed, with no exceptions
• No smoking of any kind (tobacco or marijuana) is permitted inside the home
• If smoking outdoors, please dispose of all cigarette butts in the trash before you check out
• To ensure comfort and safety, groups are limited to a maximum of 8 guests

Important Information
For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras. To respect our community, indoor noise decibel monitors are in place (these devices do not record audio or conversations). The kitchen pantry is locked and not accessible to guests.
