Great bathroom, comfy bed and a really good quality HD TV. Breakfast offers a whole host of options for all tastes. The buffet dinner is the same and is good value for money. "It is a nice hotel, staff are friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. I messaged hotel before arrival requesting a room with sunshine in afternoon and was allocated a room with no sunlight at all. Having arrived later in the the evening it was not that obvious and we didn’t want the hastle of having to move rooms once unpacked. The big tree in front of appartement 208 takes all the light away. Disappointed that they did not take notice of request. Secondly , just need to be aware that certain nationalities use the sauna naked and on one occasion a male proceeded to walk around the pool naked in the spa area. The mattresses are not the best quality either, my husband had back ache after a couple of days. However, the complex overall is really clean and nicely laid out, a nice clientele and the food served at lunchtime is good quality and good value as are the prices of drinks."

"Beautiful hotel in a restored Palau, well positioned in the centre of old Ciutadella. Lovely facilities including a gorgeous underground pool and spa, and with several small unheated outdoor pools. The outside dining area was magical."

"Very spacious apartment with a lovely terrace. Nice quiet complex with a great pool area...lots of sunbeds and space. Very green and pretty around the complex. There was a huge amount of choice for breakfast including an omelette station and local produce. All the food was replenished with no products going empty. Big restaurant with seating outside. The only small thing would be that the kitchen is a little big dated but was well equiped with kitchen utensils if you wanted to self cater."
