"Great location for a short stay in San Jose. Near shopping and can walk almost everywhere in town. Rooms were clean and people were friendly. Breakfast buffet was ok not great. We ordered pancakes but got completely forgotten until after waited a long time and we asked and they were like oh you want to order pancakes? No one was apologetic at all; just order now why complain ? Still, good place to stay even with ‘I’m always right’ breakfast staffs…"
