"Nothing special, the included breakfast is decent enough. There is no iron, not even to borrow they make you go through an external iron/laundry service for a fee, and make sure your TV works with all 10 remote controls they give you 🙄. You also don't need an alarm, you will be woken up by the cleaning staff at 7am with their loud 2-way radios on full blast."

Besides the ideal location in Surco, the two rooms we booked this time were spotless and comfortable for our one-week stay. From the General Manager to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the concierge, each employee made us feel welcome, valued, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Anytime we had a request, the staff would go the extra mile to fulfill it. We will most definitely be staying here again.
