"Very well facilitated hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location for the Christmas market with fantastic views from the room. There’s also lots of eating options close by. The hotel also has a free hot drinks and light snacks station to use during your stay. We brought the wrong travel adaptor with us thinking the usual EU adapter would work but the staff were very helpful and provided us with a plug for a deposit which was removed after it was returned. "The hotel is mostly trying to be automated. Staff was helpful. Room was fantastic and well equipped. The hotel also gives you a code to use transit in Bern for free. No parking available on site when I went so I had to scramble. But the hotel was still a great value. "
