"The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. "The room was wonderful, even had heated towel warmers which is nice in November. The hotel has an authentic feel and is beautiful. The concierge AnnaLisa was especially helpful, getting us set up with a timed visit to see the David, dinner reservations at the hotel and breakfast-to-go for one day were were doing a whole day bus tour. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of options - great food. Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner one night."
