It is located 200 m from the sandy beach “Empuriabrava”, 200 m from the supermarket, 16 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the “Ave/Tgv Figueres” train station, and 65 km from “Girona” airport. Situated in an ideal area for families, within an urbanisation.



It features garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room only, community pool, and television with satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, German, French).



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
