Reception staff were friendly and explained the process for late night hotel access very clearly. Would definitely use again."

"The room was clean. Their were no staff. There was a self check in / check out procedure which was easy to follow. Other more regular guests were helpful. There was tea/coffee facilities in room. Kitchen facilities meant food I'd brought could be prepared. Enjoyable stay."
