"The hotel is ideally situated with some great views from the rooftop bar. It has a contemporary feel and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in comfortable walking distance. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I'd like to make a special mention to both Andre and Bruno, who were great conversation from behind the bar. If I come back to Madeira, this will be my first choice. "

The rooftop pool area is lovely, offering a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety, and the team was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
