"Construction noise all day and leaf blowers at 7am is not something conducive to a stay at a spa resort….sorta contrary to the whole concept. A/C in the room did not work. These are management issues….staff was great!!! Staff gets a 5/5. "

"I found a great spot to hang out in Puerto Viejo, and it's super close to all the action. The staff there was fantastic, always friendly and helpful, making the stay even better.
