"Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung ganz ok, aber die Bilder in der Anzeige wurden sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen.
Die finanzielle Abwicklung war unkompliziert und fair.
Das Sofa steht eigentlich in der Küche, die sehr groß ist. Abends nicht wirklich gemütlich.
Da sich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet, kommen Abends sehr viele Mücken rein, wenn mann die Tür kurz auf lässt. Die Fenster haben alle Mückennetze, was positive und nötig ist.
Im Bad riecht es unangenehm aus dem Waschbeckenabfluss. Den...

"This was a beautiful property to stay in. It was a bit difficult locating the exact home and there is no identifying information on the street or the home. The owner and property manager were fast to answer. We experienced problems with the air conditioning. It only in 1 small living area. It was very hot to sleep in the bedrooms as it does not reach there. 2 small fans were provided but did not circulate much air. We purchased some fans to make sleeping more bearable. "Pros: Schöne Ausstattung, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche - es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und wir haben auch an kälteren Tagen die Lage und die Aussicht sehr genossen.
Parkplatz ist vor dem Gebäudekomplex, es sind mehrere kleine Häuschen bzw. Wohnungen dort. Wir waren in der Nebensaison fast alleine dort, daher war es sehr ruhig. Für Restaurants, Einkaufen etc. benötigt man dringend ein Auto.
