Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre
They provided a room upgrade which was great. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms due to the ac unit leaking water making the carpet wet. Staff took care of the issue immediately and were very kind. We ended up with our original room type which was fine. Enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate ...
