This stunning property features three spacious bedrooms and two baths, ensuring ample comfort for your stay. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and an en suite bathroom equipped with convenient laundry facilities. Knights Hill is a four-season resort community on Moose Pond in Bridgton, an hour`s drive from Portland, thirty minutes from North Conway, New Hampshire. An association of 278 private landowners, Knights Hill Corporation was developed in 1969 as an affordable alternative for families who enjoy waterfront living. Moose Pond is among the region`s highest-rated lakes.

We are located within walking distance of Moose Pond, a short drive to Shawnee Peak Ski Mountain, and a few miles from downtown Bridgton.

This is a quiet community, and a Good Neighbor Policy is in effect. Bridgton town and Maine state laws are in effect within the community. Community roads are town roads with a maximum speed limit of 25 mph. Tents used as dwellings are not allowed (Children’s play tents are allowed.) Noise levels should not disturb neighbors. Town of Bridgton leash laws apply within Knights Hill.
