"This apartment was centrally located, if you want to enjoy Bologna as a local and be close to everything, this is the place- the apt is nicely decorated and modern, everything you need is there, communication with host was great, and they allowed us to check in earlier in the day- overall a pleasant stay, and if back in town, i will definitely stay there- easy and confortable for 4 (2 in sofa bed, 2 in bedroom) - walking distance to the center, the train station, restaurant, stores and more-...

"Hosted by Cleanbnb, not issuing invoices for total amount that you pay and it’s worst if you come for business purposes! you pay in cash for cleaning and city tax without any receipt! PAPER walls, during the day or night you can’t sleep you hear everything for the garage, from the street, from neighbors! Broken sofa, they ask if I want to prepare one bed or 2, how many person… I feel like an interrogator. you have no peace after making the reservation, it annoys you with emails and messages...

"This space is conveniently located to a number of things but that is really the only benefit. The room is very small and clearly not well maintained, especially the bathroom. The WiFi did not work during the entire stay and while that shouldn't be a deal breaker, it is difficult when you do not have cell phone service otherwise. They did offer us a refund but it only came out to 20 euro for the entire 4 day stay. I do not recommend staying here."

"Property was in the center of Bologna however i forgot to check if the property had any elevators and was surprised to find this spot located at the very top. Personnel was very helpful and carried my heavy almost 50lb luggage all the way up, can't say the same for my husband. It was an experience and literally breathtaking. Overall we felt comfortable and loved the location. We walked to the train station from here and it was not bad."
