"We arrive very late at night, and the host is very helpful. Place is good and big.. But it is not yet cleaned up properly. Probably because the other guest beforw us is just check out that day.. And they are suppose to welcome us at 1noon. But since we are late in check in, host should have enough time. But overall place is acceptable"

The rooms are new and the beds are very comfortable also. It’s the perfect area to be if you’re visiting Borobudur and north area and also only 25 mins to Malioboro. Will return to this hotel if I’m back to Jogja!"
