"The hotel is beautifully appointed. Staff is friendly. Very nice spa and restaurants. The roof top bar provides nice views of the skyline and of the boats travelling on the river. The boat shuttle is handy as it takes you to transit station and from there, you can grab the BTS. "

"The hotel was extremely clean and staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Their sky bar has an amazing view although the drinks are a bit pricey. I was there celebrating my birthday with friends and we were fortunate enough to have them give us a complimentary upgrade on our room to a suite, which was gorgeous. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back."

"This is one of the best places my wife and I have ever stayed! We’ve travelled all over the world, all of Europe, UK, Iceland, Tokyo etc. The concierge services were always phenomenal. The staff that manned the door and arrival area always kept an eye on us and helped with taxis and Tuk Tuk service. The front desk were amazing! The hotel was chic, modern, ultra clean, and located in a perfect spot on the river, just across from IconSiam Mall, with a free boat ride back and forth! My favorite thing? BREAKFAST!! We were stunned by the quality and quantity of the breakfast foods from all over the world! We tried every countries breakfast foods and it was stunning! This hotel is magnificent. We’re already planning a return trip to Bangkok and this is the place we will stay. 100% recommendation! "

"Hotel is in an excellent location and has all the amenities you need. Restaurants are delicious I ate in three of them. Taxi boat to Iconsiam is very convenient if you want to go shopping in that amazing mall. Overall I would stay here again. "
