"Big resort in natural setting, rooms could use some updating, staff super friendly"

"Love the lakeview / nature feeling of the pool overlooking the lake. Staff is top notch friendly.. the lady working at check in remembered me from my visit a year prior. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.. everybody very helfpul and professional. Hotel is quiet and nice and the most comfortable bed i have had in any hotel ever. On par with beds at the 4 Seasons.. if not better than at least as good. "

"Rooms are clean and comfortable with a super big bed Staff are very nice but unfortunately this place could be so much better . Very disappointed in (breakfast very poor and cold food the staff in the restaurant also very poor And don’t know what they are doing Shower in the room Was terrible.. Upstairs was dragging wooden chairs Across the floor which is unpleasant at 11pm Easy fix put just buy the pads for the bottoms of chairs . Fix these problems And the hotel is a 9.4 "

"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "
