"Really nice area and the bus stop is right outside the room it's a 15 minute bus to Palma for 2€ each way. Clean room and smelt nice. Some of the towels had some stains so didn't use them and was left half a roll of toilet paper so had to go buy our own housekeeper came the day after with one roll after messaging the owner. Room could definitely use a mini fridge to keep snacks and cold drinks but that's my only comment. "

"The owner (Cosme) was super helpful when we arrived at 11:00 pm. He waited for us and provided all the needed information about the property. Help with the luggage up the stairs and provide a map of the area. The room was perfect and we did enjoy our stay. He provided information about the beautiful beaches that tourists less visited. This helps us just be ourselves and not worry too much about our surroundings."

"The house is well equipped with everything you need to make the most of a long stay in Colonia. We really loved this location. Easy to get to the seafront boardwalk and the center of town or any of the main beaches. Marga was prompt to respond to all our questions and was easy to get in touch with. "Agréable séjour. Seul bémol, propriétaire contacté pour une difficulté de connexion au Wifi mais resté sans réponse durant les 2 nuits de location. La proximité de l'aéroport facilite l'accÚs (compter 15 de taxi). On entend le bruit fréquent des avions qui décollent mais sans que ce soit insupportable et c'est totalement logique avec l'emplacement par rapport à l'aéroport. Eau chaude dans le logement mais probablement une réserve sous-dimensionnée pour le nombre d'appartements et l'utilisation...

"Pros: Zentrale Lage & Raumaufteilung & Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis Cons: Leider ging bei uns im Badezimmer das Licht nicht. Da das Badezimmer kein Fenster hat war dies semi optimal. Dies haben wir auch sofort dem Host gemeldet. Leider wurde sich innerhalb von 7 Tagen nicht mehr darum gekĂŒmmert. Die Betten und die Sitzmöbel sollten mal erneuert werden. Diese waren leider sehr durchgesessen"
