The pool and garden are for the exclusive use of the owner; guests are not permitted to use the pool or access the garden. However, there is a wonderful private beach within the complex and a beautiful sandy beach just 500 meters away. Recycling is mandatory; further information will be provided on site. Security cameras are installed outside the villa near the entrance gate and in some common areas of the residence upstairs. The cameras record images only to ensure the safety of guests and the property.
