Owner never showed

Do not rent!!!! Owner very unprofessional and doesn’t communicate. Received email with address in body of email and access your rental. No instructions. I messaged to say I’m here but can’t access the unit. She wouldn’t reply to messages. Called VRBO who was able to reach her and connect me with her. She said give me 20 minutes so I can let you in?!? I said you have to physically let me in? she said yes. Would’ve been nice if you put that in the email they says “Here are your keys” click here to access rental. I said ok that was at 6:15pm. 7 pm still not there and I’m still messaging her in the app. No response. I’m pissed at this point!! It’s our anniversary weekend. She never showed or replied. 7:30 I’m chatting and back on the phone with VRBO requesting a refund which was issued on Sunday. No where to stay due to an event that was going on. Please get responsible and professional hosts that are about their business and yours.
