"O atendimento nota 10. Todos muito atenciosos, desde os meninos da Recepção até as meninas da cozinha. Alguns detalhes do prédio q creio q c uns reparos fica perfeito. Só senti falta de um frigobar. Mas compensou na cana maravilhosa. Ótimos travesseiros. Q inclusive em outros hiteis sofri, mas no Botelho nota 10. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Alguns ganchos a mais no banheiro pra pendurar roupas e etc fica mil. Recomendo muito. Indiquei pra alguns. Agora vou indicar pea todos. PARABÉNS A TODOS."

"A ala nova do hotel está impecável, tudo novinho e limpo, condições excelentes. Alguns pontos a citar:
- Treinamento dos funcionários, alguns parecem não estar muitos satisfeitos em estar trabalhando lá. Pra quem lida com cliente a simpatia é algo fundamental.
- Refeições: sentimos falta de frutas no almoço e janta e opções diet. Mas ter petit gateau pra mim foi genial e incrível. E o horário das refeições não me agradou muito poderia ter um horário maior começando mais cedo, seja no café que...
