"Scarsa organizzazione, cibo senza glutine scaduto all'interno del frigobar(essendo un ospite celiaco), dopo aver fatto richiesta, ci è stato comunicato dopo 2 ore di attesa che vi erano frigoriferi rotti e che non vi era disponibilità di cibo gluten free. All'indomani il personale addetto alla colazione ci ha riferito dell'inesatezza della notizia e che invece vi era disponibilità. Dal mattino al rientro in camera, dopo colazione, vi era un forte maleodore proveniente dal bagno che ha saturato...

Our only complaint is not about the apartment, but the area around the apartment. It was dirty and seemed a bit rough. However, I'm told most of Naples is this way, and this area is no different. Either way, the apartment itself is great."
