During high season, the awning offers welcome shade, while the mobile barbecue lets you enjoy relaxed al fresco dinners with total ease. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without a lift, and blends practicality with comfort in a modern, well-equipped environment. The air-conditioned living-dining area, featuring a Smart TV, flows seamlessly into the induction-equipped kitchen — fully fitted for cooking — creating a warm, functional space to enjoy with family. There are three bedrooms: a single room with a fan and wardrobe, a double room with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, and a third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. The two bathrooms provide everything needed for longer stays, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A separate laundry room — complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board — is especially practical for multi-day visits. For families with young children, the apartment also includes a cot and a highchair.
