"Lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable breakfast, quirky bonus rewards related to room cleaning and accessible with public transport. The hotel has an added attraction with a daily light show. We were a little confused with booking the restaurant, maybe because 7:30 is early for dinner in Portugal, offered 8:45 although restaurant was empty at 7:30. We’d happily return. "

"The place is so cute and the staff are kind and extremely helpful! The rooms are spacious and the shared bathrooms are always kept clean. The area is nice with a big supermarket, restaurants and is across the road from a train station that easily goes into the city centre and the airport. Walls aren’t the best sound proofed so would recommend ear plugs for any light sleepers. Overall a lovely and welcoming stay! "

Sonia who I assume Is a manager was very professional, the bartenders, Di Di. and Augustinho were so friendly and delightful and made great drinks and Sónia and Felipe that serve in the restaurant are very professional and always with a smile on their faces.
